The JOYO R-02 Taichi is a pedal designed with tube amps in mind. This low gain overdrive gives you a warm and smooth sound reminiscent of a tube amp when set low, but with increasing the GAIN you get low distortion tones while still retaining the warmth. The Taichi offers the user more compression than the R-01 Tauren, giving you more sustain. This pedal is designed to give you that great tube sound while complementing the rest of your pedalboard.
